Shipping & returns

Shipping within the United States

• Free shipping on orders over $150. Under that, a flat $9.
• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays).
• Delivery takes 2-5 business days with USPS Priority or UPS Ground, always with tracking.
• You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second one with your tracking number the moment it ships.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. International orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and are paid by the recipient.

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece that isn't right.
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email us with your order number and the piece you're sending back. We reply within one business day with instructions.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the piece arriving with us.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Then it's on us, of course.
• Pieces marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us within 14 days and we'll hold the size for you while your return travels back, subject to availability, because every piece is made in a small run.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If something arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
